“I received a call the very same day.” <span>“I received a call the very same day.”</span> <div class="evo-article__body"><p>“For over nine months, I was at a frustrating standstill with my health insurance agency. A technical error at the start of 2025 caused a treatment that was previously covered to be suddenly denied. Despite countless phone calls and letters, even the insurance agents admitted the error but were unable to resolve it. This treatment was critical for my son’s development, and the delay was both exhausting and disheartening.
