Res. 98, to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against Venezuela that have not been authorized by Congress; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of section 1, add the following: (5) Members of the United States Armed Forces and intelligence community, and all those involved in the operations within Venezuela related to the January 3, 2026, capture of Nicolas Maduro, including President Donald J. Trump, should be commended for their efforts in a successful mission. ______
