RITCHIE TORRES of new york in the house of representatives Thursday, February 6, 2025 Mr. TORRES of New York. Mr. Speaker, I honor the life and work of Bill Harris. A lifelong advocate for children and their families, especially those facing difficult circumstances. Bill believed in crafting sound public policy to help those in need, those facing trauma, and any other difficult situation affecting the lives of children. He will be remembered as a kind father, a loving husband, a good friend, and man who was willing to help those who needed it. May he rest in peace. ____________________
