Mr. Speaker, from the 24th district of the great state of Florida, I rise today to honor Paul V. Wilson, Jr. for his philanthropic efforts on behalf of at-risk youth. I am proud to present him with a Congressional Award from the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project in acknowledgment of his exceptional contributions to our community.
