Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the exceptional service and lifelong dedication of Lieutenant Colonel Victor Roeske, USA (Ret.), a distinguished U.S. Army veteran and our March 2025 Veteran of the Month from Michigan's 9th Congressional District.
