Mr. VAN HOLLEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title [[Page S2594]] II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table: as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS. No funds from the Anti-Weaponization Fund arising pursuant to the settlement agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, No. 1:26-cv-20609 (S.D. Fla.), or any successor fund, shall be used to provide any payment to an individual convicted of-- (1) a crime against a child; (2) assaulting a police officer; (3) sexual assault; or (4) a crime of violence. ______
