CON. RES. 86 Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that, notwithstanding rule XXII, at a time to be determined by the majority leader, in concurrence with the Democratic leader, no later than Thursday, June 25, H. Con. Res. 86 be discharged from the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Senate proceed to its consideration; further, that there be 6 hours for debate only, with the time equally divided between the leaders or their designees on the concurrent resolution; and that following the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate vote on adoption of the concurrent resolution. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
