Malliotakis Helps Staten Island Restaurant Owner Secure E-2 Visa A local restaurant owner recently contacted our office for assistance renewing her E-2 visa, which allows eligible foreign nationals to invest in and operate her small business, a popular Staten Island eatery. Our office submitted a letter of support highlighting her well-established restaurant and longstanding ties to the community and helped expedite the renewal before her visa expired.
