CT State Community College Naugatuck Valley Campus Black History Month Celebration

A beautiful celebration of Black history and culture at CT State Naugatuck Valley Community College. Appreciated the opportunity to speak to young people about my time as a student there and the journey from Teacher of the Year to the 1st Black woman from CT in Congress. NVCC used to have a slogan "Where are you going?" Today I was able to answer that question.
