Ms. ALSOBROOKS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place in title II, insert the following: SEC. __. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT AND U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION ACTIONS AT HEALTH CARE FACILITIES. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used to allow agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or U.S. Customs and Border Protection to conduct enforcement actions at any medical or mental healthcare facility, including any hospital, health care practitioner's office, health clinic, vaccination or testing site, or emergent or urgent care facility, or community health center. ______
