THOMAS H. KEAN, JR. of new jersey in the house of representatives Friday, October 9, 2026 Mr. KEAN. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize the 50th anniversary of Malanga Farms in Warren Township, New Jersey. Since its establishment five decades ago, Malanga Farms has consistently worked to provide residents of Warren Township and nearby municipalities with agricultural products of the utmost quality. They understand the importance of supplying fresh, local, non-GMO and pesticide free produce and plants to their customers and the role of the family farm as stewards of the land. Malanga Farms' ownership is rooted in strong family ties that span generations. Chris Malanga, the current owner, assumed leadership from his father, Jerry, who inherited the farm from his parents. The enduring family legacy of ownership at Malanga Farms serves as a testament to generations of hard work, a shared vision of sustainable agriculture and a commitment to uniting the communities around them through family-oriented, seasonal activities. As Malanga Farm Market and Greenhouses enters its next decade of operation, it remains an exemplary representation of the ``Garden State.''
