PROHIBITION ON USE OF ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND FOR INDIVIDUALS PARDONED FOR JANUARY 6-RELATED OFFENSES AND SUBSEQUENTLY CONVICTED OF KIDNAPPING OR UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT. No payment may be made from the Anti-Weaponization Fund announced by the Department of Justice on May 18, 2026, to any individual who was pardoned for an offense relating to the attack on the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, and was subsequently convicted of kidnapping or unlawful restraint. ______
