JOHN JOYCE of pennsylvania in the house of representatives Tuesday, July 21, 2026 Mr. JOYCE of Pennsylvania. Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize Harry Mullins of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, for his selection as the recipient of the Norma Jean Shanholtz Community Service Award presented by the Williamsburg Civic Club. The award honors individuals who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to Williamsburg Borough through dedicated community service. Harry has held leadership positions in the Lions Club, Williamsburg Municipal Authority, Williamsburg Fire Commission, and Williamsburg Fire Police. His service has also benefited the Williamsburg Community Farm Show and Williamsburg Food Bank. As noted by another community leader, Harry is always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. His servant's heart, generosity, and unwavering commitment have made him a true pillar of the Williamsburg community. On behalf of constituents throughout Williamsburg Borough and the entire 13th Congressional District, I congratulate Harry Mullins on this well-deserved award and thank him for striving each day to make the world around him a better place. ____________________
