VIRGINIA FOXX of north carolina in the house of representatives Tuesday, September 15, 2026 Ms. FOXX. Mr. Speaker, I was unable to leave the House floor today during Roll Call No. 300. As such, I was unable to vote during today's Oversight and Government Reform Committee Markup of a resolution recommending that the U.S. House of Representatives hold Leon Black in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with duly issued subpoenas. Had I been present during the markup, l would have voted YES.
