Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, June 22; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume consideration of the House message to accompany H.R. 6644, postcloture; further, at 5:30 p.m., that the Senate vote on adoption of the motion to concur in the House amendment with the Scott amendment No. 5823; finally, if adopted, that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
