WASHINGTON, D.C. -This week, Senator Rick Scott joined the Wall Street Journal's Arian Campo-Florez to discuss Florida's recent unemployment numbers and how to turn things around in the state's ongoing fight against unaffordability. Senator Rick Scott said, "How can Florida become the state that everybody wants to do business with?
