Mr. SANDERS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 4784, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2027 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of subtitle E of title V, add the following: SEC. 549F. BEYOND THE YELLOW RIBBON PROGRAM. Section 582(k)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110-181; 10 U.S.C. 10101) is amended by striking ``For fiscal year 2026, $20,000,000'' and inserting ``For fiscal year 2027, $25,000,000''. ______
