PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO DETAIN FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSES OR DEPORT UNITED STATES CITIZENS. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to detain for immigration purposes, or to deport or remove from the United States, any citizen of the United States. ______
