Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. _____. PROHIBITION ON JUDGMENT FUND BEING USED TO SETTLE CERTAIN CLAIMS RELATED TO THE 2020 ELECTION. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of the amounts appropriated under section 1304 of title 31, United States Code, or under any other Act may be used to settle claims related the attempt of an individual to overthrow the 2020 election. ______
