Jim Costa continues push to remodel Parlier PD PARLIER, Calif. – The reconstruction of Parlier’s police station is now one step closer to the end following efforts to secure federal funding. On the week of July 15, the House Appropriations Committee approved Congressman Jim Costa’s $1 million request for Community Project Funding (CPF) to assist in the reconstruction of the Parlier Police Department (PD) station. The project is focused on bringing much-needed repairs to the building and creating a safer environment for both police personnel and members of the public.
