Mr. GALLEGO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 11, strike lines 9 through 12 and insert the following: otherwise appropriated, $2,489,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2029, for the purposes provided in this title or in paragraph (3) or (7) of section 100051 of Public Law 119-21. SEC. 204. U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES. In addition to the amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $10,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2029, to adjudicate each renewal application for deferred action under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, and each associated application for an employment authorization document, not later than 30 days after the date on which such a renewal application is submitted. ______
