Mr. KENNEDY of Utah. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to commend two of our Nation's finest who saved a life that otherwise would surely have been lost. On March 15, a man driving through Florida experienced a medical emergency that caused him to crash into a shallow body of water, fully submerging the vehicle. Airman Jesse Arguello and Airman Skyluv Rios, both of the Naval Aviation Schools Command leapt into action with military precision. While Airman Rios summoned emergency services, Airman Arguello jumped into the water in an attempt to rescue the now drowning driver. After kicking a hole in the sunroof and tearing out chunks of glass with his bear hands, Airman Arguello pulled the driver through the broken sunroof opening and dragged this individual to safety on shore. I couldn't be more proud of these two young airmen. They represent the finest tradition of our military warriors. I am especially proud to say that Airman Jesse Arguello hails from my own Third District in Utah.
