Ms. ALSOBROOKS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 4. TRANSFER OF FUNDS. Of the amount appropriated to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for detention facilities under section 90003 of Public Law 119-21, $500,000,000 shall be transferred to the Nonprofit Security Grant Program established under section 2009 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 609a). ______
