ANGIE CRAIG of minnesota in the house of representatives Friday, October 9, 2026 Ms. CRAIG. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to thank and congratulate Stephen Richardson for a successful two and a half years in service to my congressional office, most recently as my Director of Operations. Stephen joined my team as my staff assistant and adopted a clear constituent services mindset with answering phones and providing countless Minnesotans with tours of the Capitol. At the beginning of this Congress, I asked Stephen to be my scheduler, not knowing the path ahead and recently becoming Ranking Member of the House Agriculture Committee. He truly succeeded in keeping our office and my time on track in the best ways possible. I am confident Stephen will continue to thrive in his career and wish him the best. ____________________
