Res. 33, setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2026 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2027 through 2035; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end, add the following: TITLE V--POLICY STATEMENTS SEC. 5001. POLICY STATEMENT ON MEDICAID WORK REQUIREMENTS. It is the policy of this concurrent resolution that if the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services does not issue the interim final rule on Medicaid work requirements required by Public Law 119-21 by June 1, 2026, implementation of such work requirement shall be postponed for 1 year. ______
