America 250 Events Body Join Rep. Foster and special guests for an evening focused on civics education and how we can work together to strengthen our democracy. America 250: Celebrating Civics Join Congressman Foster and special guests for an evening focused on voting rights and civic education. This event will feature engaging presentations by: Kathy Cortez - Director, League of Women Voters Illinois Dan Ashurst - Executive Director, FairVote Illinois Mary Ellen Daneels - Director, Illinois Democracy Schools Network and Illinois Civics Hub An audience Q+A will follow the presentations.
