Ms. MURKOWSKI submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 4420 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Schmitt) to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 9, line 20, insert ``(or, in the case of an individual who resides in a community that is not connected by road to a State election office, provides such documentary proof to such office by a means other than in person as specified by the election official)'' after ``official''. ______
