Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned to then convene for pro forma session only, with no business being conducted, on the following dates and times: Thursday, June 25, at 9 a.m.; Monday, June 29, at 3:45 p.m.; Thursday, July 2, at 12:30 p.m.; Monday, July 6, at 9 a.m.; Thursday, July 9, at 4 p.m.; further, that when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, July 9, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, July 13; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the Schwartz nomination, postcloture.
