Ms. BLUNT ROCHESTER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 1582, to provide for the regulation of payment stablecoins, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of section 3(c)(2), add the following: (C) Limitations.--With respect to a limited safe harbor provided under this paragraph-- (i) the safe harbor shall expire not later than 180 days after the date on which the Secretary of the Treasury provides the safe harbor; and (ii) after the expiration of the safe harbor under clause (i), the Secretary of the Treasury may not renew, extend, or re-provide the safe harbor. ______
