Mr. CAREY. Mr. Speaker, I rise today as the co-chair of the Congressional Nepal Caucus in solidarity with the families of missing Americans and the people of Nepal in the wake of the devastating floods that recently swept through the north. The scale of the loss and destruction is truly overwhelming, and my heart goes out to everyone during this tragedy. I appreciate the administration's commitment to supporting the recovery efforts during this critical time. I will be sending a letter to Secretary Rubio offering our full cooperation to assist the administration to aid in rescue and recovery efforts. I extend my deepest sympathies and express my sincere gratitude for the tireless rescue workers helping those in need. ____________________
