Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 18; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume consideration of the House message to accompany H.R. 6644. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. Ms. MURKOWSKI. For the information of colleagues, there will be a cloture vote in relation to the Scott of South Carolina substitute amendment to H.R. 6644 at 11 a.m.; and at 1:45 p.m., we expect to vote on confirmation of the Holding nomination. ____________________
