Mr. BLUMENTHAL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND DONATIONS FOR EAST WING MODERNIZATION PROJECT. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all contractors, suppliers, and donations, including any in-kind donations, for the East Wing Modernization Project shall come from individuals or firms located in the United States. ______
