Ms. ALSOBROOKS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. INCREASING THE NUMBER OF NEGOTIATION-ELIGIBLE DRUGS IN THE PRICE NEGOTIATING PROGRAM FROM 15 TO 50. This Act shall apply on the date that a law increasing the number of negotiation-eligible drugs under section 1192 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.1320f-1) from 15 to 50 is enacted (as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services). ______
