Mr. WILSON of South Carolina. Mr. Speaker, President Donald Trump has overhauled workforce training, creating high-paying jobs without crushing debt. Trump means jobs. The Working Families Tax Cuts Act expanded savings for training in plumbing, electrical work, welding, and cosmetology, covering expenses for tuition and books. This initiative creates jobs. Today is primary day in South Carolina, and in every election, I have stood in front of a polling location to thank voters for participating. With the close votes we are having here today, I am remaining in Washington, appreciating my Republican colleagues and being loyal to Trump policies. In the Governor's race, Donald Trump will be a winner with all talented candidates, Trump supporters Nancy Mace, Ralph Norman, Rom Reddy, and Alan Wilson. Trump loyalists urge President Trump to endorse both runoff candidates in the upcoming runoff, 2 weeks from today, as Trump will be a winner.
