Ms. BALDWIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. TRANSFER OF FUNDING TO REDIRECT FUNDING FOR U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT TO CARRY OUT THE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, of the amounts made available to [[Page S2534]] the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under section 202, $31,075,000,000 shall be transferred to the Secretary of Education to carry out the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. 1400 et seq.). ______
