PROHIBITION ON USE OF ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO COMMITTED ADDITIONAL CRIMINAL OFFENSES AFTER RECEIVING A PRESIDENTIAL PARDON FOR JANUARY 6-RELATED CONDUCT. No payment may be made from the Anti-Weaponization Fund announced by the Department of Justice on May 18, 2026, to any individual who committed an additional criminal offense after receiving a presidential pardon for conduct relating to the attack on the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021. ______
