FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 6, 2026 Congressman Pete Sessions Secures $750,000 for Pflugerville Water Infrastructure, Announces Funding at Press Conference with Mayor Doug Weiss Pflugerville, Texas - Today, Congressman Pete Sessions held a press conference alongside Pflugerville Mayor Doug Weiss to announce $750,000 in federal funding he secured for the City of Pflugerville's Pump Station and Storage Tank Project, a critical investment in local water infrastructure that will support current needs and future growth. The funding was included in H.R. 6938, the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2026, which passed both chambers of Congress and was signed into law by the President on January 23, 2026.
