Four Years of War Four Years of War Dear Friend, This is Congresswoman Nellie Pou writing to you on a somber anniversary. Today marks four years since Russia launched its unprovoked and illegal invasion of Ukraine. Four years of war. Four years of destruction. Four years of Ukrainians fighting for their independence, their democracy, and their survival. Russia started this war. Russia alone is responsible for the violence and suffering that have followed. admin Tue, 02/24/2026 - 09:19 March 26, 2026
