Mr. PETERS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Strike section 104 and insert the following: SEC. 104. FUNDING THE CYBERSECURITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY AGENCY. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $2,200,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2029, for cybersecurity risk mitigation. ______
