'Are we in a war, or are we not in a war?' Democratic lawmaker responds to Trump saying the U.S. is going to attack Iran

Watch the interview with Dana Bash on CNN's Inside Politics here . Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Chrissy Houlahan joins Inside Politics to respond to President Trump's declaration that the U.S. would resume striking Iran. "At this point I don't know what to believe. This president has on one day said that there's going to be peace negotiations, the next day said he's bored with them," said Rep. Houlahan, while calling Trump an "unreliable narrator".
