The endorsed legislation includes: H.R. 3151, the SHIPS for America Act of 2025 , led by Reps. Trent Kelly and John Garamendi, which rebuilds America's maritime industrial base and expands domestic shipbuilding capacity, which is critical to our national defense. H.R. 6993, the BEACON Act , led by Reps. Jack Bergman and Sarah Elfreth, which expands access to innovative, non-pharmacological treatments for Veterans with mild traumatic brain injury through new VA grant programs.
