Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. PROHIBITION ON SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS PROHIBITING TAX AUDITS OF THE PRESIDENT. Neither the Secretary of the Treasury (or the Secretary's delegate) nor the Attorney General may enter any settlement agreement that prohibits, bars, or precludes the Internal Revenue Service from examining the tax returns of the President. ______
