Mr. COONS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO REMOVE VETTED AFGHAN NATIONALS WHO SUPPORTED THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES IN AFGHANISTAN. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to remove from the United States any vetted national of Afghanistan who supported the Armed Forces of the United States in Afghanistan. ______
