Mr. SCHUMER (for himself and Mrs. Gillibrand) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 4784, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2027 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of subtitle D of title X, add the following: SEC. 1037. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS TO LIMIT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING. None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2027 may be used to implement Executive Order 14251, issued on March 27, 2025, relating to Exclusions from Federal labor management relations programs, or any following policy or guidance. ______
