THE JAVIER RAMIREZ PROHIBITION ON FUNDS UNTIL NECESSARY MEDICAL CARE IS PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS IN CUSTODY. None of the funds made available under this title shall be obligated or expended until the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection each provides to individuals with diabetes in the custody of such departments necessary and lifesaving medication, including insulin. ______
