Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR SALARY OF DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE. None of the funds made available by this Act or any other Act may be used to pay the salary of an individual directed to perform the functions and duties of the Director of National Intelligence temporarily in an acting capacity if the individual does not have extensive national security expertise. ______
