Mr. OSSOFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. REMEDIATION OF PFAS FROM COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEMS. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as are necessary to address contamination of community water systems by perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, to remain available until September 30, 2035. ______
