Mr. President, I understand that there is a bill at the desk that is due for a second reading. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bill by title for a second time. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 5613) to require a review of whether individuals or entities subject to the imposition of certain sanctions through inclusion on certain sanctions lists should also be subject to the imposition of other sanctions and included on other sanctions lists. Ms. HASSAN. In order to place the bill on the calendar under the provisions of rule XIV, I would object to further proceeding. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the bill will be placed on the calendar. ____________________
