Res. 33, setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2026 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2027 through 2035; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Strike section 2002(b) and insert the following: (b) Instructions.-- (1) Committee on homeland security and governmental affairs.--The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction that increase the deficit by not more than $60,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2026 through 2035. (2) Committee on the judiciary.--The Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate shall report changes in laws within its jurisdiction that increase the deficit by not more than $70,000,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2026 through 2035.
