Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. RESTORING STAFFING LEVELS AT NIH AND CDC. The Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Director of the Office of Personnel Management shall restore staffing levels at the National Institutes for Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to the staffing levels of such agencies as of January 20, 2025, in order to respond to emerging health threats, including Ebola.
